Citation and commencement
These Regulations are the State Lands Protection (Composition of Offences) Regulations 2024 and come into operation on 1 November 2024.
Compoundable offences
An offence under section 5(1) of the Act punishable under section 6(1) of the Act may be compounded by an authorised officer, or an enforcement officer specially authorised by the Authority, in accordance with section 27 of the Act.
