This Notification may be cited as the Street Works (Creation of Rights) (No. 11) Notification 2008.

reg 2Powers of Authority

The Authority or any person authorised by the Authority may, at any reasonable time and for the purposes of and incidental to the maintenance of a road structure or road related facility, enter upon the land described as MK 24 Lot 05740K pt (referred to in this Notification as the specified land) and exercise such rights as are described in the Schedule in, under or over the specified land.

reg 3Inspection of plan

A copy of a plan of the specified land shall be available for inspection by the public free of charge at the office of the Land Transport Authority of Singapore at 1 Hampshire Road, Singapore 219428 —

(a)

between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. of any day from Monday to Friday (except public holidays); but(b)if any such day is the eve of the New Year, Lunar New Year or Christmas, between 9 a.m. and 12 noon.
