Citation and commencement
This Notification may be cited as the Street Works (Creation of Rights) (No. 5) Notification 2002 and shall come into operation on 1st December 2002.

Street Works (Creation of Rights) (No. 5) Notification 2002 is Singapore Subsidiary Legislation, cited as Subsidiary Legislation SWA-S607-2002 1995, currently marked in force and first recorded in 1995.
Citation and commencement
This Notification may be cited as the Street Works (Creation of Rights) (No. 5) Notification 2002 and shall come into operation on 1st December 2002.
Powers of Authority
The Authority or any person authorised by the Authority may, at any reasonable time and for the purposes of and incidental to the maintenance of a road structure or road related facility, enter upon the lands described as TS 26 Lot 388Kpt (referred to in this Notification as the specified land) and exercise such rights in, under or over the specified land as are described in the Schedule.
Inspection of plan
A copy of the plan of the specified land shall be available for inspection by the public free of charge at the office of the Land Transport Authority of Singapore at 1 Hampshire Road, Singapore 219428 between 9 a.m. and 4 p.m. from Mondays to Fridays, and between 9 a.m. and 12 noon on Saturdays (Sundays and public holidays excepted).
