Regulation 2
Exemption
ElectroTech Investments Ltd is hereby granted exemption from tax on the foreign dividends received in Singapore from its wholly owned Netherlands and Malaysian subsidiaries, from 10th October 2005 to 9th October 2010 (both dates inclusive), subject to the conditions specified in the letter of approval dated 10th October 2005 addressed to the tax adviser of ElectroTech Investments Ltd, PricewaterhouseCoopers Services Pte Ltd.
