The following properties and premises are exempted from the provisions of the Act:

(a)

all premises belonging to, leased or rented by the Port of Singapore Authority; (b)all properties of the National University of Singapore; (c)all premises belonging to, leased or rented by the Singapore Tourist Promotion Board; (d)all properties of the Telecommunications Authority of Singapore; (e)all properties of the Sentosa Development Corporation situate in Sentosa; and (f)all properties belonging to, leased or sold by the Urban Redevelopment Authority.
