Citation and commencement
This Notification may be cited as the Pensions (Non‑Pensionable Offices) Notification 2014 and shall come into operation on 1 January 2015.

Citation and commencement
This Notification may be cited as the Pensions (Non‑Pensionable Offices) Notification 2014 and shall come into operation on 1 January 2015.
Offices declared non-pensionable
The following are declared to be non-pensionable offices:
Supreme Court Judge;
Attorney-General;
Auditor-General.
Cancellation
Gazette Notifications No. 914 of 1960 published on 13 May 1960, and No. 862 of 1965 published on 23 April 1965, are cancelled.
