Citation and commencement
This Order may be cited as the Employment Agencies (Exemption) Order 2014 and shall come into operation on 1st July 2014.

Employment Agencies (Exemption) Order 2014 is Singapore Subsidiary Legislation, cited as Subsidiary Legislation EAA-S433-2014 1958, currently marked in force and first recorded in 1958.
Citation and commencement
This Order may be cited as the Employment Agencies (Exemption) Order 2014 and shall come into operation on 1st July 2014.
Exemption
Subject to the conditions specified in the Schedule, section 6 of the Act shall not apply in respect of the carrying on of an employment agency, or the performance of any work or activity referred to in section 6(2) of the Act, by any person appointed by the Workforce Singapore Agency (established under section 3 of the Workforce Singapore Agency Act (Cap. 305D)) or the SkillsFuture Singapore Agency (established under section 3 of the SkillsFuture Singapore Agency Act 2016 (Act 24 of 2016)) to carry on that employment agency or perform that work or activity.
