Regulation 2
Prescribed liquor licences for specified establishments
For the purpose of paragraph (a) of the definition of “specified establishment” in section 2(1) of the Act, the following are the liquor licences prescribed:
(a)
a Class 1A liquor licence;
(b)
a Class 1B liquor licence.
