Citation and commencement
This Order may be cited as the Public Entertainments (Exemption from Section 12) Order 2004 and shall come into operation on 21st June 2004.

Citation and commencement
This Order may be cited as the Public Entertainments (Exemption from Section 12) Order 2004 and shall come into operation on 21st June 2004.
Exemption
Any public entertainment which is held in a building or tent is exempted from the requirement in section 12 of the Act that the licence for such public entertainment be prominently displayed at the building or tent, if the following conditions are complied with:
the licence shall be kept in the possession of the licensee; and
the licensee shall produce the licence on demand by the Licensing Officer or any police officer for inspection.
