This Order is the Housing and Development (Precincts for Upgrading Works) (Revitalisation of Shops Scheme) (No. 2) Order 2025 and comes into operation on 2 October 2025.

reg 2Declaration of precincts for Revitalisation of Shops Scheme

The parts of the housing estates of the Board described in the Schedule are declared to be precincts for the purposes of carrying out commercial property upgrading works in connection with the Revitalisation of Shops Scheme.
