This Order is the Housing and Development (Precincts for Upgrading Works) (Home Improvement Programme) (No. 8) Order 2023 and comes into operation on 27 October 2023.

reg 2Declaration of precincts for Home Improvement Programme

The parts of the housing estates of the Board described in the Schedule are declared to be precincts for the purpose of carrying out upgrading works in connection with the Home Improvement Programme.
