This Order is the Housing and Development (Precincts for Upgrading Works) (Home Improvement Programme) Order 2020 and comes into operation on 31 January 2020.

reg 2Declaration of precinct for Home Improvement Programme

The parts of the housing estate of the Board described in the Schedule are declared to be a precinct for the purpose of carrying out upgrading works in connection with the Home Improvement Programme.
