—(1) The driver, operator, owner, agent or charterer of a bus arriving or which is due to arrive at any authorised point of entry in Singapore must —(a)for the purposes of sections 23C(1)(a) and 23D(1)(a) of the Act, for each member of the crew who is or will be on board the bus — provide the particulars specified in Part 1 of the Seventh Schedule before the arrival of the bus at the authorised point of entry; and(b)for the purposes of sections 23C(1)(b) and (c) and 23D(1)(b) and (c) of the Act, for each passenger who is or will be on board the bus, or disembarking in Singapore from the bus — provide the particulars specified in Part 2 of the Seventh Schedule before the arrival of the bus at the authorised point of entry.(2) The driver, operator, owner, agent or charterer of a bus leaving or which is due to leave any authorised point of departure in Singapore must —(a)for the purposes of section 23C(1)(a) of the Act, for each member of the crew who is or will be on board the bus — provide the particulars specified in Part 1 of the Seventh Schedule before the scheduled departure of the bus from the authorised point of departure; and(b)for the purposes of section 23C(1)(b) and (c) of the Act, for each passenger who is or will be on board the bus, or embarking from Singapore onto the bus — provide the particulars specified in Part 2 of the Seventh Schedule before the scheduled departure of the bus from the authorised point of departure.
