This Order may be cited as the Reciprocal Enforcement of Foreign Judgments (Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of the People’s Republic of China) Order.

Regulation 2

Extension of Part I of Act

Part I of the Act shall extend to Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of the People’s Republic of China, and the following courts of that territory shall be deemed superior courts of that territory for the purposes of that Part:

(a)

Court of Final Appeal; and

(b)

High Court (consisting of the Court of Appeal and the Court of First Instance).
