Betting (Singapore Totalisator Board — Exemption) Notification 2019

the promotion, organisation, administration, operation or conduct of any betting in connection with any of the events mentioned in sub‑paragraph (3);

the promotion, organisation, administration, operation or conduct of any betting in connection with any horse‑racing in Singapore or overseas;

the establishment, promotion, organisation, administration, operation or conduct of any totalisator; and

the establishment or operation of any totalisator agency.

the promotion, organisation, administration, operation or conduct of any betting in connection with any of the events mentioned in sub‑paragraph (3);

the promotion, organisation, administration, operation or conduct of any betting in connection with any horse‑racing in Singapore or overseas; and

the promotion, organisation, administration, operation or conduct of any totalisator, that is undertaken for or on behalf of the Singapore Totalisator Board.

any of the public lotteries known as —

Singapore Sweep Draw;

Toto Games Draw; or

4‑Digit Numbers Games Draw;

any Singapore Premier League football match in Singapore;

any other football match in Singapore (not being a Singapore Premier League football match) that is organised, sanctioned in writing or hosted by the Football Association of Singapore; and

any football match outside Singapore that is organised, sanctioned or hosted by —

the Fédération Internationale de Football Association (called in this sub‑paragraph FIFA) or any of its member confederations or member national associations; or

a body which is an assign or a successor of FIFA or any of its member confederations or member national associations.
