Customs (Customs Airports) Regulations is Singapore Subsidiary Legislation, cited as Subsidiary Legislation CA-RG4 1960, currently marked in force and first recorded in 1960.
Citation
These Regulations may be cited as the Customs (Customs Airports) Regulations.
Customs airports
The following places shall be customs airports for the import, export and transhipment of dutiable goods by air generally:
Changi Airport but not including the part thereof specified in regulation 3;
Paya Lebar Airport;
Seletar Airport; (d)Tengah Air Base;
Changi Airbase (East);
Changi Airbase (West); and
Sembawang Airbase.
Customs airports for separate and exclusive import, export and transhipment
All such part of ACE Hub under the possession and management of Federal Express (Singapore) Pte Ltd is a customs airport reserved for the separate and exclusive import, export and transhipment of goods by air by Federal Express (Singapore) Pte Ltd.

In this regulation, “ACE Hub” means the Air Cargo Express Hub within the Air Cargo Express Free Trade Zone at Changi Airport.
