Citation and commencement
This Order is the Customs (Exemption from Section 136(1)) Order 2019 and comes into operation on 1 April 2019.
Exemption from section 136(1) of Act
Section 136(1) of the Act does not apply to a person in charge of a bus used to provide a bus service by the holder of a Class 1 bus service licence granted under the Bus Services Industry Act 2015 (Act 30 of 2015), while the licence is in force.
