Citation and commencement

Citation and commencement
This Order is the Customs (Licensed Warehouses for Petroleum — Exemption) Order 2020 and comes into operation on 1 October 2020.
Exemption from section 63(1) of Act
Section 63(1) of the Act does not apply to any person granted a licence for warehousing petroleum or biodiesel under section 51(1) of the Act at any premises in respect of the blending of petroleum or biodiesel at those premises.
