Citation and commencement
This Order may be cited as the Visiting Forces (Designation — France) Order 2003 and shall be deemed to have come into operation on 19th May 2003.

Citation and commencement
This Order may be cited as the Visiting Forces (Designation — France) Order 2003 and shall be deemed to have come into operation on 19th May 2003.
Designated country
The French Republic is hereby designated for the purposes of sections 4, 7, 9, 11, 13 and 14 of the Act, subject to such limitations, adaptations or modifications provided by any agreement or arrangement for the time being in force, being an agreement or arrangement by or on behalf of the Government of the Republic of Singapore and the Government of the French Republic.
