Citation
These Rules may be cited as the Road Traffic (Motor Vehicles, Licensing of Vehicles — Late Application Fees) Rules.
Late application fee
If a licence is applied for a vehicle after the date of expiry of the last licence issued for the vehicle, an additional fee as specified in the Schedule shall be payable for the issue of the licence —
where the last licence expires before 15th April 2002 and the application is made after a period of 14 days following the date of expiry of the licence; or
where the last licence expires on or after 15th April 2002.
The Registrar may in his discretion waive in whole or in part any of the additional fees referred to in the Schedule.
