Regulation 117
Duties relating to driving of vehicle
No person while driving a motor vehicle on a road shall be in such a position that he —
(a)
cannot have proper control of that vehicle;
(b)
cannot retain a full view of the road and traffic ahead or have an adequate view of the road to the rear; or
(c)
cannot by means of hand signals or direction indicators give signals to traffic to the rear of the vehicle.
