Windscreen washer
Subregulation 1
Every motor vehicle, registered after 1st June 1975 and the windscreen of which is required to be fitted with one or more efficient automatic windscreen wipers under rule 22, shall be fitted with a windscreen washer capable of cleaning, in conjunction with those windscreen wipers, the area of the windscreen swept by those windscreen wipers of mud and other similar deposit.
Subregulation 2
Nothing in paragraph (1) shall apply to a land tractor or a works vehicle.
