Regulation 38
Standards for exhaust emission for in-use vehicles

Every motor vehicle that is in use (whether first registered in Singapore before, on or after 31st January 2008) shall conform to the relevant standard for exhaust emission prescribed by the Environmental Protection and Management (Vehicular Emissions) Regulations (Cap. 94A, Rg 6) for in-use vehicles.
