Regulation 42B
Power train of vehicle

Subregulation 1
Every power train fitted to a vehicle must be approved for use by the Registrar.
Subregulation 2
Every power train (or any part of such a system) fitted to a vehicle must at all times be maintained in good working order.
Subregulation 3
Every power train fitted to a vehicle must not be modified or altered in any way which is likely to prevent the power train (or any part of such a system) from working properly.
