Subregulation 1

Subject to paragraph (2), no vehicle shall exceed 4.0 metres in height.

The Registrar may, subject to such terms and conditions as he may impose, permit the use of a double-decked vehicle which is more than 4.0 metres but less than 4.5 metres in height.
