Regulation 58
Suspension
Subregulation 1
Every vehicle shall be fitted with an efficient suspension system so designed and constructed that there is no excessive body sway.
Subregulation 2
For the purposes of this rule, a tyre shall not be regarded as forming part of the suspension system.
