Overall length

Subregulation 1

The overall length of a motor vehicle, other than an articulated vehicle, shall not exceed 12 metres.
Subregulation 1A

The overall length of a motor vehicle drawing a trailer, not being a semi-trailer, shall not exceed 14 metres.
Subregulation 2

The overall length of an articulated vehicle shall not exceed 18 metres.
Subregulation 3
The Registrar may, subject to such terms and conditions as he may impose, authorise the use of a vehicle whose overall length exceeds the limit prescribed by this rule for that vehicle.
