Fire extinguishing apparatus
Subregulation 1
There shall be carried by every public service vehicle, having a seating capacity for more than 6 persons, excluding the driver, in such a position as to be readily available for use and otherwise in accordance with paragraphs (2) and (3), suitable and efficient apparatus for extinguishing fire.
Subregulation 2
The apparatus referred to in paragraph (1) shall comply with such specifications and standards as the Registrar may specify.
Subregulation 3
Such apparatus shall —
be clearly marked with the appropriate approved standard specification number and with the name and address of the manufacturer or the vendor thereof; and
at all times be maintained in good and efficient working order.
