Lighting

Subregulation 1
A vehicle shall be fitted with lighting to illuminate the interior and exterior of a vehicle which is sufficient to allow a wheelchair user to safely board and alight from the vehicle.

Any lighting fitted to a vehicle shall be capable of being turned off when the vehicle is in motion if its use is likely to adversely affect the driver’s vision.
