Citation
This Order may be cited as the Road Traffic (Carriage of Persons in Goods Vehicles — General) (Exemption) Order 2011.
Exemption for goods vehicles used by Government
Section 126 of the Act shall not apply to the use on any road of any goods vehicle owned or hired by the Government for the carriage of persons in the employment of the Government.
Cancellation
The Road Traffic (Carriage of Passengers in Goods Vehicles) (Exemption) Notification (N 2) is cancelled.
