This Order may be cited as the Road Traffic (Motor Vehicles, Registration and Licensing) (Exemption) (No. 3) Order 2011 and shall come into operation on 10th June 2011.

Rule 5(1) of the Road Traffic (Motor Vehicles, Registration and Licensing) Rules (R 5) shall not apply to the vehicle belonging to Lee Wai Pheng and bearing the engine number 2GR8613007 and chassis number GSE215019254.
