Citation and commencement
This Order may be cited as the Road Traffic (Motor Vehicles, Registration and Licensing) (Exemption) (No. 4) Order 2011 and shall come into operation on 8th July 2011.

Citation and commencement
This Order may be cited as the Road Traffic (Motor Vehicles, Registration and Licensing) (Exemption) (No. 4) Order 2011 and shall come into operation on 8th July 2011.
Exemption
Rule 5(1) of the Road Traffic (Motor Vehicles, Registration and Licensing) Rules (R 5) shall not apply to the vehicle belonging to Kan Fook Sing and bearing the engine number A5371144N46B20BD and chassis number WBAWA52000PG06312.
