This Order may be cited as the Road Traffic (Motor Vehicles, Registration and Licensing) (Exemption) Order 2000 and shall come into operation on 19th September 2000.

Singapore Bus Service (1978) Limited shall, subject to the payment of an administrative fee of $2,460, be exempted from the payment of the additional transfer fee prescribed in rule 31 of the Road Traffic (Motor Vehicles, Registration and Licensing) Rules (R 5) in respect of the transfer of 246 omnibuses registered in its name with the index mark “SBS” to SBS Bus Services Pte. Ltd., on or after 19th September 2000 and on or before 21st September 2000.
