Citation and commencement

Citation and commencement
This Order is the Road Traffic (Exemption from Requirement for Instructor’s Licence) Order 2016 and comes into operation on 1 January 2017.
Exemption
Every person who is employed as a driving instructor by a holder of a driving school licence specified in the First Schedule, and who satisfies the conditions in the Second Schedule, is exempted from section 51(1) of the Act while he or she remains so employed.
