Citation and commencement
This Order may be cited as the Road Traffic (Motor Vehicles, Registration and Licensing) (Exemption) Order 2015 and comes into operation on 13 February 2015.

Subregulation 1
Rule 5(1) of the Road Traffic (Motor Vehicles, Registration and Licensing) Rules (R 5) does not apply to the vehicles registered in the name of Miguel Angel Navarro Portera —
(a)
bearing the engine number HAZ5803592 and chassis number 5HD1HAZ185K803592; and
(b)
bearing the engine number M139085595 and chassis number ZAMCD39B000014373.
Subregulation 2
The conditions of the exemption under sub‑paragraph (1) are as follows:
(a)
Miguel Angel Navarro Portera must not transfer possession of any vehicle referred to in sub‑paragraph (1) to another person;
(b)
the vehicles referred to in sub‑paragraph (1) must be destroyed or permanently removed from Singapore on or before the end of Miguel Angel Navarro Portera’s tenure as Ambassador of Spain to Singapore.
