Citation and commencement
This Order may be cited as the Road Traffic (Motor Vehicles, Registration and Licensing) (Exemption) Order 2011 and shall come into operation on 25th February 2011.

Exemption
Rule 5(1) of the Road Traffic (Motor Vehicles, Registration and Licensing) Rules (R 5) shall not apply to the vehicle belonging to Tan Siew Lim and bearing the engine number BWR014508 and chassis number SCBDE23W08C054037.
