Regulation 39

Religious instruction

Subregulation 1

So far as practicable, arrangements shall be made for the religious instruction of girls in a place of safety according to their own religious persuasion.

Subregulation 2

Ministers of religion shall be given access to every place of safety for the purpose of visits or for giving religious instruction to girls of their particular faith.
