This Notification may be cited as the Constitution of the Republic of Singapore (Delegation of Powers) Notification 2004 and shall come into operation on 1st August 2004.

The Minister for Home Affairs hereby delegates to the Registrar of Citizens, the Deputy Registrar of Citizens and Assistant Registrars of Citizens, the functions of the Minister under Articles 123 and 124 of the Constitution of the Republic of Singapore.
