Citation and commencement
These Regulations may be cited as the Singapore Tourism (Notice to Attend Court) Regulations 2014 and shall come into operation on 7 October 2014.

Singapore Tourism (Notice to Attend Court) Regulations 2014 is Singapore Subsidiary Legislation, cited as Subsidiary Legislation STBA-S681-2014 1963, currently marked in force and first recorded in 1963.
Citation and commencement
These Regulations may be cited as the Singapore Tourism (Notice to Attend Court) Regulations 2014 and shall come into operation on 7 October 2014.
Form of notice to attend court
Subject to paragraph (2), a notice to attend court to be served under section 19O of the Act must be in the form set out in Form 1 of the Schedule.
In the case of a compoundable offence, the Board may serve the notice to attend court in the form set out in Form 2 of the Schedule instead.
