Regulation 2
Administrative fee for processing of application form
Subregulation 1
Each application form that contains one or more of the following applications must be accompanied by an administrative fee of $320 for the processing of the form:
(a)
an application made to the Minister under section 11C of the Act;
(b)
an application made to the Minister under section 14 of the Act;
(c)
an application made to the Minister under rule 16(1) or (2) of the Legal Profession (Qualified Persons) Rules (R 15).
Subregulation 2
The Minister may, if the Minister considers it appropriate and subject to conditions that the Minister may think fit, waive, refund or remit the whole or part of the administrative fee mentioned in paragraph (1).
Regulation 3
Revocation
Revoke the Legal Profession (Administrative Fees) Rules 2014 (G.N. No. S 289/2014).
