The following offences may be compounded by the Registrar in accordance with section 409B(1) of the Act:

(a)

any offence under the Act that is punishable only by a fine or a fine and a default penalty;

(c)

any offence under section 149(12) of the Act;

(d)

any offence under section 149A(4) of the Act;

(e)

any offence under section 154(5) of the Act;

(f)

any offence under section 155(1) of the Act;

(g)

any offence under section 155A(2) of the Act;

(h)

any offence under section 155B(10) of the Act;

(i)

any offence under section 155C(2) of the Act;

(j)

any offence under section 155D(2) of the Act;

(k)

any offence under section 155E(3) of the Act;

(l)

any offence under section 156(15) of the Act;

(m)

any offence under section 157(1), read with section 157(3)(b), of the Act;

(n)

[Deleted by S 949/2024 wef 09/12/2024](o)any offence under section 199(6) of the Act;

(p)

any offence under section 201(1), (7), (8), (9), (11) and (17), read with section 204(1A), of the Act, other than an offence committed with intent to defraud creditors of the company or creditors of any other person or for a fraudulent purpose;
