Regulation 13
Jurisdiction and powers of Registrar (O. 1, r. 13)
Subregulation 1
Subject to any written law and directions by the Chief Justice, the Registrar has the jurisdiction and powers of a Judge sitting in chambers and must hear all matters in chambers only.
Subregulation 2
The Registrar may refer any matter to a Judge, who may hear the matter referred to him or her or refer it back to the Registrar with directions.
