National Cadet Corps Act(Chapter 194, Section 7)[1st April 1988]The Minister of State, Ministry of Education has, on the recommendation of the National Cadet Corps Council, placed all National Cadet Corps cadets participating in the Singapore Armed Forces Local Sponsorship Programme under the command of the Commanding Officer of the Singapore Armed Forces Education Centre.
