Regulation 14
Discipline of inmates outside centre
Every inmate of a centre, while being taken to or from the centre or while beyond the premises of the centre pursuant to a grant of leave under regulation 8 or 9, shall be subject to the same discipline and to the same constraints as if he were within the centre.
