Records of punishments

Subregulation 1
Any punishment imposed on an inmate of a centre under these Regulations must be recorded in a register.
Subregulation 2

The number and name of the inmate, the major offence or minor offence for which the punishment is imposed, and such other details as the Commissioner of Prisons may require, must also be recorded in that register.
Subregulation 3
In this regulation, “register” includes an electronic register.
