Citation and commencement
This Order may be cited as the Medicines (Cessation of Application of Act to Cosmetic Products) Order 2013 and shall be deemed to have come into operation on 3rd October 2011.

Citation and commencement
This Order may be cited as the Medicines (Cessation of Application of Act to Cosmetic Products) Order 2013 and shall be deemed to have come into operation on 3rd October 2011.
Definition
In this Order, “cosmetic product” means a cosmetic product referred to in the First Schedule to the Health Products Act (Cap. 122D).
Cessation of application of Act
The provisions of the Act shall cease to apply to any cosmetic product as from 3rd October 2011.
