Definition
In this Order, “licensable healthcare service” has the meaning given by section 3(1) of the Healthcare Services Act 2020.
Exemption from section 51(1)(b) of Act
Section 51(1)(b) of the Act does not apply in relation to an advertisement published or caused to be published by a person who is licensed under the Healthcare Services Act 2020 to provide any licensable healthcare service.
Revocation
Revoke the Medicines (Advertisements by Healthcare Institutions) (Exemption) Order 2004 (G.N. No. S 279/2004).
