Citation and commencement
These Regulations may be cited as the Weights and Measures (Fees) Regulations 2005 and shall come into operation on 1st January 2006.

Weights and Measures (Fees) Regulations 2005 is Singapore Subsidiary Legislation, cited as Subsidiary Legislation WMA-S847-2005 1975, currently marked in force and first recorded in 1975.
Citation and commencement
These Regulations may be cited as the Weights and Measures (Fees) Regulations 2005 and shall come into operation on 1st January 2006.
Fees payable to Commission
The fees specified in the second column of the Schedule shall be payable to the Commission in respect of the matters specified in the first column thereof.
Revocation
The Weights and Measures (Fees) Regulations (Rg 2) are revoked.
