These Regulations may be cited as the Infectious Diseases (Prescribed Entities and Institutions) Regulations 2008 and shall come into operation on 10th June 2008.

Infectious Diseases (Prescribed Entities and Institutions) Regulations 2008 is Singapore Subsidiary Legislation, cited as Subsidiary Legislation IDA-S300-2008 1976, currently marked in force and first recorded in 1976.
Citation and commencement
These Regulations may be cited as the Infectious Diseases (Prescribed Entities and Institutions) Regulations 2008 and shall come into operation on 10th June 2008.
Prescribed entities and institutions
For the purposes of section 4(1)(c) of the Act, the prescribed entities or institutions, any employee of which may be appointed a Health Officer for the purposes of the Act or any provision of the Act, are specified in the Schedule.
