Citation and commencement
This Order may be cited as the Infectious Diseases (Measures to Prevent Spread of Infectious Diseases) (No. 2) Order 2007 and shall come into operation on 1st March 2007.

Citation and commencement
This Order may be cited as the Infectious Diseases (Measures to Prevent Spread of Infectious Diseases) (No. 2) Order 2007 and shall come into operation on 1st March 2007.
Hospitals to comply with measures
For the purpose of preventing the spread of tuberculosis, the hospitals specified in the first column of the Schedule shall comply with the measures set out in the second column thereof.
